THIS COMPANY IS FAKE, DO NOT USE!!!!! I PURCHASED OVER $100 WORTH OF PRODUCTS BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2020 AND IT STILL SAYS PROCESSING ( DESPITE EXPRESS SHIPPING). THEY HAVE NEVER REFUNDED ME EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS - THERE IS NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER EITHER. I HAVE REPORTED TO OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING AND THE COMPANY REEFUSED TO SPECK WITH THEM. THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING HAS ADVISED THIS WILL BE AN INVESTIGATION AS THEY BELEIVE IT IS NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS.

My order went missing so when I contacted them they told me to check with the PO. The PO finally confirmed the package had been sent back to the sender as there were issues with the address. I spoke to someone at RY on live chat who was nice enough but didn't explain what the issue was just that I would be refunded. I asked what the issue was and she said the item had been returned as I hadn't put the street number in the address. I found this odd as I paid by paypal. I asked them to resend the package and they said no they couldn't. I then asked why they just sat on it and hadn't contacted me via phone or email. Crickets. I wonder now if I will get my refund.

Be aware! They are overseas,not in Australia! When you purchase from their website, your bank will charge you an extra conversion fee for international orders!
What a shame they don't let the customers know about the extra charge! You will learn it only when you check your bank account!

Look, I've been really happy with the speed of delivery and the special offers that Recreate Yourself provide (get on the email list and see specials not generally advertised). Have ordered almost a thousand dollars worth of skin care and hair care products over the last few months and am thoroughly delighted with everything I've received, the terrific prices and the speed of delivery. Admittedly I have never had a problem which needed a return or refund so cannot speak to that ... but it's the first place I go to purchase skin care or haircare now as the prices are genuinely the best. Very happy.

Bought a wax pot off them for my partner and it take 2 hours to heat the wax although not fully melted. Asked if this was normal and they admitted it wasn't but wont exchange it for one that works. Scam and wont give my money back.

I purchased a few MCoBeauty products and could not be happier. Forget about expensive products. My favourites the brow tattoo - extremely good, eyeliner define - excellent - mascara very good - Balm way better than I could ever have thought it could be. (I am 76 y.o.) I will be telling others starting with my daughters.

My first time on Ry.com's website and put in an order. Was just about to hit submit order when I though I would check out the reviews. So glad I did. I immediately pulled the order. So many poor reviews of this company. They really need to lift their game. Good shops, online or otherwise will never get the sort of feedback this place is getting. Won't go there until they can improve. Don't think they are scammers but seem to be an arrogant, sloppy outfit.

I have been waiting for the refund for the damaged item that I received now for several weeks. Extremely poor service and they blame the problem on you. Also very complicated system to get in touch, no contact number nor live chat available. Disappointment with my first order and can't recommend to the others.

The worse customer experience in my life. I have spent just over $7,000 with this company. I received a faulty product and returned it. It took ages and the refund was incorrect. This still is not resolved even when I made it a complaint. They ask again fir receipts of postage and it’s clearly in messages. I’m returning my last order and would never use this company again.

Look I was happy with my shopping experience but I got my product today and the box they sent it in was so unbelievably out of proportion to the tiny product I got. So wasteful, disappointing.

I ordered a few more products than I needed because there was an offer saying spend more than $110 and receive these three free gifts/samples. I saw the offer acknowledged in my shopping cart because at one point I removed an item and it said I needed to spend $x to qualify for the offer. But I added a different item and again the offer showed. I checked out and didn't think any more about it. The order arrived quickly, but without the samples. Foolishly I assumed someone had just forgotten to put them in the box so I sent a message saying they were missing. I got a disgraceful response back which began 'Hey' from whichever uneducated peasant they employee. No only was Jennifer discourteous, she dismissed my issue and said I didn't qualify. I wasn't asking for something I didn't see in my shopping cart when I placed the order. That's false advertising and exceptionally poor customer service. No wonder 31% of your reviews are poor. Don't buy from this shower of bandits, take my experience to select a more professional supplier in future!

Ordered on Monday afternoon and my items arrived Tuesday AM and I live in regional VIC in the middle of Covi-Chaos!! Thanks guys, great website, good range of products, free postage over XX$$ and super communication. I still have no idea how these arrived so fast. Thank you.
